European shipping from Trier

All European orders ship from our European dispatch location: Niederkircher Str. 10, 54294 Trier, Germany. Estimated delivery to our supported European destinations is 7–14 working days after payment confirmation, including order preparation and transport. This applies to parcels and freight. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates; exceptional carrier disruption or customs checks for destinations outside the EU may add time. We will contact you if your delivery estimate changes.

Destinations and published charges

Our European delivery destinations are all 27 European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom. UK online purchases remain subject to a configured import/VAT collection arrangement. U.S. orders ship from the United States to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Military addresses, U.S. territories and destinations outside this list are not supported by the standard checkout.

European delivery is charged per item and quantity, with no minimum order. These reduced rates already include the 50% reduction from our previous charges; no further shipping discount is applied. They are TorqueHarbor delivery charges for dispatch from Trier, Germany.

The European table uses the same currency conversion and rounding as checkout. Select EUR to pay in euros. The reduced USD base charges are $49.50 for parts, $124.50 for oversize items, $397.50 for engines and freight equipment, and $897.50 for heavy machinery. Euro amounts may change with the store exchange rate. For multiple items, conversion and rounding apply to the combined shipping charge; checkout shows the final total and any applicable tax.

Engines, outboards, two- and three-stage snow blowers, generators, and engine-driven welders use the freight-equipment class. Compact excavators and their attachments use the heavy-machinery class.

U.S. orders: standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. No minimum purchase is required.

Supported European destinations: all 27 EU countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. UK online checkout remains subject to the availability noted in this policy. U.S. military addresses and other destinations are not currently supported. European orders dispatch from Trier, Germany, with estimated delivery in 7–14 working days after payment confirmation. Import charges may apply to non-EU destinations or special customs territories; any store-collected tax appears at checkout.

Delivery service

Our published rates are per physical item and quantity, including packing, standard transport and, for freight, standard residential delivery and liftgate service where required and accessible. TorqueHarbor absorbs any difference between these published charges and the standard carrier cost. No surprise residential or liftgate surcharge is added after payment. Freight service is curbside delivery to a safely accessible street address; it does not include inside placement, unloading into a building, installation or assembly.

We cannot deliver to a post-office box. Provide a complete accessible street address and a contact number for freight scheduling. If access makes standard delivery impossible, we will explain the issue and offer an agreed alternative or a full cancellation/refund before dispatch. Additional services are supplied only with your agreement and a disclosed price.

U.S. handling and delivery estimates

U.S. orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Transit after dispatch is 3–6 business days within the contiguous U.S. for parcels and freight, so most U.S. orders arrive in 4–8 business days. Transit to Alaska and Hawaii takes 7–20 business days. These U.S. handling and transit periods do not add extra days to the European 7–14 working-day delivery estimate. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot meet the expected dispatch window, we will contact you with the revised estimate and your cancellation options.

Taxes and customs

Available currencies, payment methods and any store-collected taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. New Jersey sales tax is calculated for taxable deliveries to New Jersey. Shipping charges and promotions apply to transport; they do not represent a promise that taxes are zero.

European orders are dispatched from Germany. Deliveries within the EU are not shipments from the United States. For destinations outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland, import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance charges may apply. Unless checkout explicitly states that a charge is included, the recipient is responsible for applicable import clearance and import charges, subject to mandatory local law. Any destination-specific customs territory rules also apply. A shipping promotion does not reduce government import charges.

Tracking, damage and missed delivery

We send tracking or freight dispatch information when the carrier provides it. Check the delivered package and retain the packaging if damage is visible. Note visible freight damage on the carrier's delivery record where possible and contact [email protected] with the order reference and photographs. Your legal rights are not removed if damage is reported later. Contact us about a missed or lost delivery so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
