No funds are collected automatically. We confirm cleared funds manually before processing and dispatch. Published handling times start after payment confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material listing error, we will contact you and provide cancellation and a full refund rather than substitute a different item without your agreement. Delivery and returns
